Powder Concrete Hardener
A powder-based, pozzolanic material designed to enhance the chemical resistance of concrete products, especially in areas exposed to seawater or swamp water. The use of this powder material also improves concrete permeability, preventing spalling (expansion of reinforcement in concrete structures) caused by continuous water infiltration. This material uses Consol Fume.
Concrete Hardener Type D
This material has a set retarder ability, which delays the setting time of concrete, ensuring that fresh concrete maintains its workability from mixing to placement. This type uses Consol SG.
Coating Material
A multifunctional coating perfect for exposed concrete, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. CONSOL Cosmetic consists of two parts: Part A (Powder) and Part B (Liquid), mixed in a 1:1 ratio. One kilogram of the set can cover up to 2 m². This coating is ready to use, fast-drying, and provides a lotus leaf effect, preventing bacterial, fungal, and moss growth. Curing Compound – Silica Base

An epoxy-based hardener applied via injection, specifically used for structural repairs on rigid concrete surfaces or precast concrete in toll road projects. This type employs Consol Epoxy Injection.
