Multi -purpose Resin Adhesive, Sealer and Cement Admixture

DESCRIPTION
CONSOL BOND PVA 505 is a multi-purpose adhesive, as emulsion of polyvinyl acetate homopolymer which contains polyvinyl alcohol as protective colloid. It has high bonding strength, supported by its high solid content. It is a special adhesive for wood-working industry and construction works in which good water and weather resistant furthermore the most important feature is are requisite. Water-resistant in accordance with DIN EN 204, durability class D3.

RECOMMENDED FOR
CONSOL BOND PVA 505 is suitable when used in:

  • As multi-purpose adhesive. Bond concrete, wood, bricks, carpet, leather, linoleum, plasterboard, polystyrene, renders, roofing-felt, stone, textile, tiles, etc.
  • As a plaster bonding agent. Reduces the need for hacking and keying, while providing an adhesive or mechanical bond for plaster or render coats, including gypsum, lightweight gypsum, or anhydrous plasters
  • As a bonding agent for tiles. Suitable for bonding woodblock, cork, linoleum, ceramic, terrazzo, concrete, quarry tiles, polystyrene, acoustic tiles, plasterboard, and acoustic board.
  • For repairs to concrete and natural of reconstructed stone :
    • Resurfacing, renovation, and surface restoration
    • Repairs to concrete and granolithic floors
    • Repairing cracks and holes in cementitious floors
    • Resurfacing worn concrete and granolithic floors
    • Levelling of worn stairs tread
    • Dust proofing floor screeds and friable concrete flooring.
