DESCRIPTION
CONSOL BITUSEAL 3000 G is a plastomeric waterproofing membrane manufactured using an advanced continuous calendaring process. This process involves saturating and coating a synthetic carrier with a specially formulated bitumen compound, modified with Atactic Polypropylene (APP) polymers to enhance thermal stability, mechanical strength, and resistance to aging. The membrane’s mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance, and elongation are reinforced by a non -woven continuous filament spun -bond polyester or glass fiber mat or composite polyester , which serves as the structural reinforcement. The upper surface of CONSOL BITUSEAL 3000 G is finished with an anti -adhesive coating, while the lower surface is laminated with a thermo-fusible polyethylene film, facilitating efficient installation.
